We enjoyed our ravioli making class, it was absolutely delicious! Tasha was a great teacher and we will definitely try this recipe at home. Our only feedback is that we went as a couple and didnâ€™t love that our group was a foursome and that meant that other peopleâ€™s hands were all over our food. I understand that some might come as singles and thatâ€™s absolutely greatâ€”we love meeting new people and sharing the table space with others is enjoyable. But not everyone adheres to the food handling rules and this was a bit off-putting. If the recipe could be split up for each person or twosome to have their own ingredients, we would have enjoyed it a bit more. Again, loved the recipe though.

The class was spectacular - the chef was very professional, instructions were clear, fun was had by all. And the macarons were delicious! The only issue we had was with Cozymeal. It said the class started at 9 when it actually started at 10, and that it would last 2 hours when it was actually a 3 hour class. The chef listed in Cozymeal was not the chef we had.

was NOT Cristina, but was fun. Only one complaint. When we were leaving, others from the class had copies of all the recipies of what we cooked, we did NOT receive this. Can someone send me a copy of the recipes from this class? thank you

This is the first time I have ever done something like this, and I had a really good experience. Kerrian was a very good instructor, and I would take a class with her again.

Didnâ€™t have Christina but our chef was amazing! So kind and informative! I learned that if the chicken sticks to the pan itâ€™s not ready to flip! Had such an amazing time!

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by! It would have been nice to have our own table to work with but still lovely working with the other pair next to us

The resident chef was great. The class however was overbooked. 4 people to a table was at least one maybe two too many. We paid to learn and practice the skills and techniques and we really only got to do half of the experience due to sharing the space and duties.

The Chef, instructions and meal were great. The Chef also had a keen eye for hand hygiene and cross-contamination which made me very comfortable. The food was also delicious. The only reason I did not give five stars is because after preparing a scrumptous meal, we had to stand to eat it. I've taken cooking classes in the past and each time, we were able to sit and enjoy our freshly prepared meal. It would have been great if folding chairs were made available prior to eating so attendees have the option to stand or sit.

Lovely evening with ten class members creating a delicious meal. The prep was well timed and easy but more participation than some other similar classes we've taken. Excellent equipment and ingredients. Chef was easy going and instructed clearly and kindly and effectively. Fun to shop with a discount.

Great class! You do work in a table of 4, so if there are fewer in your group, you will be paired with others who are touching your food. The chef is very adamant about hand washing and everything felt very sanitary though. We've made homemade pasta before, but have always struggled with filled pastas - whether you had experience or not, this was a fun class where everyone learned something!

Fantastic

We liked the atmosphere but the space was too small to work. The steak was overcooked, and the potatoes were undercooked. It was hard to follow the instructions. Then when we were ready to eat we had to stand. It was disappointing for the amount of money we paid.

The class was great! The chef was very knowledgeable, a true expert, and gave us many tips on making macarons. The ones we made were delicious!

The resident chef was amazing! I already signed up for another class. Warning: you make dishes in groups so you can only take a bit of what you made at the end.

Chef Joe was exceptional. He was a great instructor and we had a lot of fun and learned helpful tips. The food was absolutely delicious. I would have hoped for more steak though. We had one piece of flank for 4 people and it really wasn't enough to feed us all.

Really enjoyed the class...learned a few things we could apply to our breadmaking efforts, plus learned how to make focaccia, one of our favorite accompaniments to dinner. A fun class, well-run.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.

This class was great! Very informative and lots of fun, the instructors were very helpful (and the food was delicious!). I highly recommend this class and look forward to taking another class soon.

The Instructor was "world class" with supportive instructions and humorous analogies. Considering taking the class for a second time.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

Loved the class. I was able to make the croissants at home with ease. My family loved them. Looking forward to my next class.

Excellent instructor. Great hands-on experience. I was able to go home and replicate the recipes.

Our instructor was super hands on - taught us some great techniques! Food turned out amazing. We were all impressed!

This was not who our chef was. The class was not great. It felt more like someone reading a recipe and us following steps said out loud. There was no demonstration. And on top of that, a pot of caramel that staff was making exploded. It got all over the kitchen and on others taking the class. This caused some minor burning and ruined their clothes. And the food was not good. The raviolis were all served to us in a bowl which made them stick together. They just ripped and fell apart when trying to get them on your plate to eat. I would not go to a class here again.

We did not have Christina- it was a different chef teaching the class. Directions from the instructor were vague- it would have been helpful if he modeled more. For example, we had to ask a number of times how to cut certain items for the salad and were asked â€œdo you know how to supreme or chiffonade?â€ I do, but I donâ€™t think thatâ€™s common or it needs to be demonstrated if thatâ€™s the expectation. The recipes/food itself was overall disappointing.

Cozymeal is an unprofessional and disorganized. After traveling greater than 1.5 hours and struggling to locate the cooking class I was informed that there was no record of my reservation. Upon calling cozymeal, whom I booked this class through, I was informed that they failed to notify me that they had to â€œcancelâ€ my reservation. Money wasnâ€™t refunded prior, I received an email of confirmation and hour prior the the scheduled class, and this request to rate an experience that we werenâ€™t able to participate in. They did nothing to compensate for their error nor was my money refunded immediately. I will never use cozymeal again and will strongly discourage anyone else from doing so too.

Unfortunately, I didnâ€™t really enjoy this workshop. There were too many people, and we spent more time talking than actually baking. The sourdough bread â€“ the main reason I wanted to attend â€“ didnâ€™t turn out well. It smelled yeasty, didnâ€™t rise properly, and the results were disappointing. Since we were working in pairs with several people at once, our loaves were baked two at a time in the same pot. I suspect that might have been part of the problem: the bread simply didnâ€™t have enough space to rise, or maybe it needed more time. Either way, it wasnâ€™t the outcome I had hoped for. The breadsticks were fine, but nothing special. The focaccia had very thick dough and was served with jam, which wasnâ€™t particularly interesting. It would have been much more exciting to make something with sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, figs, or cheese â€“ something with more flavor and creativity. Overall, I found the value of this workshop to be rather underwhelming.

Cristina was there as a helper, but did not run our class. Chef Joe did and he was great! I gave 3 stars because I felt the communication could have been much better. Additionally, we weren't told we would be paired with strangers (which we didn't mind from a social perspective but was odd that we shared food with others. Thankfully we were paired with people who seemed like they weren't sick and were clean but that might not be the case). Additionally, the Dim Sum recipes weren't that good. We love dim sum normally, but these were either bland or very salty. We also brought wine (as it said it was BYOB), but you can only drink it during the final few minutes while eating (so I wouldn't recommend bringing any since you can't drink while prepping). You should also note that you will be standing the whole time, including while eating.

Class held King of Prussia mall on Jan 12, 25. The Chef gets a 5 star review. Knowledgeable and pleasant. However, menu was not the one we signed up for. Class was cramped so the hands on learning experience was too limited for my expectation. Eating standing up was a negative. I guess I should have asked but getting a â€œseat at the Chefâ€™s tableâ€ meant something different to me. I would take a class in another setting. Paying $89 to cut an onion and eat standing up is not my idea of a fun/educational event. Too rushed to take picturesâ€¦

You work in groups. No heads up on that. Not comfortable having other people touch my food. They had way too many people â€” we were crammed in so that was a negative. Outside of a salad, we didnâ€™t cook anything end to end. Drink was premade, dough was premade, entree and side were finished in the oven by chef helpers. Cute concept but not worth $100 per person. Stools would have been nice as not a fan of eating standing up

Had a great time with the resident chef and other people in the class, was slightly disappointed on what we were actually making. Was expecting to learn how to actually make the pasta dough due to the class pictures and how it was presented and was expecting on making the desert as well (which is mainly why i wanted to take the class) What was also important to note is that the groups worked in teams and not a meal per couple which meant less food for each couple and was less intimate and felt like more of a double date night. Overall the food was great and the class was fun, but a little too overpriced or whatâ€™s actually presented.

It was very crammed. My partner and I were on a â€œteamâ€ with another couple and had to share a station. It was not stated that we would not get our own supplies and ingredients. Instead, we had to share the tasks of cooking with two other people meaning we did not get to learn some of the skills being taught. I feel that for about $200 it was not worth it because we did not get to do all of the cooking together. I think it shouldâ€™ve been mentioned that the other people we were working with would be splitting the tasks. Also, we did not get to make the dessert as it was premade for us. That was not mentioned before hand either.

My partner and I attended the Rustic Bread class and was very excited to attend and learn from a passionate Chef! Was very disappointed early on to find the class seemed very much overbooked, which did not allow for a personal feel. Second, for the price, each individual should have been able to bake their own bread to take home but instead it was closer to 1 small French loaf and focaccia split between the groups and lastly the class was taught by a resident chef; Chef Christina in no way taught or influenced this class and her stand in was understandably nervous but her delivery was monotonous. Unfortunately, I would never recommend this class to anyone I know. I could have watched a YouTube video on bread making and it would have been more informative and exciting. I feel like the description was disingenuous, and the price was at least double what it should be. I think the concept is fun but there was no attention to detail, and overall the workers acted as if it was a chore that they were there. Disappointed, but hopefully this review is read so future goers can have a better experience.
