Uncover the essentials of French pastry-making in this hands-on cooking class. An expert pastry chef will spill the secrets straight from the bakeries of Paris. Perfect the rich flakiness of a classic croissant and so much more. Making your own breakfast pastries could not be easier.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.
