In this interactive cooking class, Chef Dana will guide you as you craft a classic pasta dinner. Inspired by traditions of Italian cooking, youĐ²Đ‚â„¢ll transform simple ingredients into a showstopping gourmet meal. The chef will lead you step by step, offering helpful tips along the way. YouĐ²Đ‚â„¢ll whip up an elegant appetizer, simmer authentic Bolognese and of course, prepare, roll and cut the dough for your pappardelle pasta. Complement the meal with a fresh salad and classic dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had such a fun time with Chef Dana! She taught us a lot, and the meal was absolutely delicious! There was so much food to enjoy! We loved the entire experience, and she even cleaned everything up for us!! I would highly recommend Chef Dana:)
