WHAT YOU’LL DO

Elevate your dessert game by going back to the basics with three French favorites.
Discover the secret to truly gourmet desserts in this chef-led experience all about French treats. Learn the best way to create a variety of batters, doughs and sweet sauces for a trio of incredible bites. Incorporate flavors of fruit, rich dark chocolate and buttery caramel for a diverse spread of unforgettable dishes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The resident chef was great. The class however was overbooked. 4 people to a table was at least one maybe two too many. We paid to learn and practice the skills and techniques and we really only got to do half of the experience due to sharing the space and duties.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by! It would have been nice to have our own table to work with but still lovely working with the other pair next to us
