WHAT YOU’LL DO

A classic from French cuisine comes to the table in this course in gourmet goodness.
Share a French-focused culinary session and a sumptuous meal with your special someone in this hands-on cooking class. You'll prepare steak pan-roasted to perfection with frite-style potatoes and garlic aioli for dipping. Then, assemble a green salad and bake a decadent molten chocolate cake as an indulgent dessert for two.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by!
