WHAT YOU’LL DO

Start a journey of sushi mastery with this menu of simple yet delicious creations.
Practice methods used by sushi chefs around the world as you create your own rolls in this hands-on cooking class. You'll work with an expert chef as you sharpen your knifing skills. Make lightly fried shrimp tempura, plus a pair of classic sushi recipes and a savory sauce ideal for dipping.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
