You will have the opportunity to craft a classic California roll featuring fresh crab or surimi, crisp cucumber and creamy avocado, followed by a delicious Philadelphia roll filled with smoked salmon and cream cheese.

Awesome chef with great knowledge. It was a smaller group around 10 people and the equipment was top quality. Good venue too could even have a beer while learning sushi basics.

There were 26-28 people for the class and the Chef…too many people. It was unorganized and we basically taught ourselves, with the help of the guest around us. On a positive, the Chef was trying his best and the people around were really nice.

His experience includes teaching delightful cooking classes for kids and working as a private chef.
