A traditional three-course Korean meal takes center stage in this hands-on cooking class featuring fresh ingredients bursting with flavor. Chef John will guide you through creating these vibrant Asian favorites.

The class begins by making tteokbokki, a spicy fish and rice cake teeming with chili powder and chili paste. Next, prepare kimbap, a classic seaweed rice roll filled with crab, spinach and pickled radishes, and potatoes glazed with sesame oil and a sprinkle of scallions on top. For dessert, learn how to make decadent shaved ice topped with seasonal fruit.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
