WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn French culinary techniques in this fun and interactive cooking class.
Take on a classic French menu under the guidance of a gourmet chef. Learn how to sear a steak in a cast iron skillet and serve it with frites and truffle aioli. You will also prepare a refreshing pear and hazelnut salad topped with a Champagne vinaigrette. For dessert, fold chocolate and espresso into whipped cream and chill for a decadent mousse.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Nadia and her team are quite an asset to your business!! If there was something Nadia wasn't sure about, she took the time to read the recipe to find the right way to do it. And her team was always ready with utensils and clean dishes to use and to clear the dishes used dishes out of the way... like a fine tuned engine. The food was Delicious!! Two thumbs up!

Chef Josh was amazing! He was informative, efficient, and helpful to our class of 8. We all got to have hands-on experience preparing our meal as a team of 4. The food was so delicious, and we can't wait to receive the recipes so we can try and make it at home. The whole experience was excellent! We would definitely try this experience with Cozymeal again!
