WHAT YOU’LL DO
Craft classic Thai dishes with a perfect balance of flavors to delight your senses.
Discover the five main pillars of Thai cooking — sweet, salty, bitter, sour and spicy — in this cooking class, where you will study knife skills and safety as you prepare an authentic feast. Start by assembling and tightly rolling chilled crab spring rolls with sweet chili sauce. Then, fire up the wok and sear seasoned chicken with roasted peanuts and bean sprouts in salty, sweet and sour sauce for traditional pad Thai. Save room for a decadent custard dessert featuring coconut and caramel.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chef’s were great and the class was fun. Will definitely attend another class.

The real chef was great - this cozy meal service was awful. I wandered around the mall for 30 minutes trying to find the correct store/location. The details was seriously lacking with cozymeal. All cozymeal did was advertise and charge for another businesses class.
