WHAT YOU’LL DO

An Italian grandma would approve of these time-honored recipes in this family friendly cooking class. A world-class chef guides you through traditional techniques using fresh eggs and water to make homemade pasta. Simmer savory tomato sauce for chicken Parmesan and Alfredo sauce for fettuccine. Rich mint chocolate chip gelato ends this classic Italian menu.
This class is designed for children (ages 7+) and adults to work and learn together. Class price is per person. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
