Everything you need to know to make your own authentic tamales.
Make a celebratory meal the Latin American way: With handmade tamales. Mix your masa dough and press into corn husks before filling with your own savory stuffings that you'll season and simmer to perfection. Seal up your creations and steam until ready, and enjoy with a cup of Mexican hot chocolate.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
