What You’ll Do

Discover the flavors and techniques that make Chinese food unique.

Learn from a pro how to make restaurant-quality Chinese food bursting with flavor and made from scratch with care. Fire up the wok and stir-fry chicken in spicy kung pao gravy along with garlicky, wok-fried green beans. Stuff and wrap fuss-free egg rolls, lightly fried and dipped in a sweet and sour sauce. Finally, slice and dice a variety of vegetables as you prepare BBQ pork fried rice, hibachi style.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
