Cooking Class - Regional Dumpling Delights

What You’ll Do

Expand your knowledge of global cuisine with this session on dumplings from around the globe.

This hands-on cooking class explores how international cultures prepare their own versions of a beloved culinary creation: the dumpling. Learn to prepare an array of dumpling dishes, each with its own unique flavor. You'll create potato-stuffed pierogi served with onions and sour cream, ricotta-based gnudi topped with tomato butter made from scratch and savory shumai filled with pork and shiitake mushrooms with a handcrafted chile dipping sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Would have preferred getting a printed set of instructions for croissant recipes morning of class. Have not received the email with recipes yet. Suggest making class long enough to allow for proper rising times so we know what finished product should look and taste like. Otherwise a nice experience.
