I got this class as a gift for my husband for Christmas and we both had so much fun! I wanted something more intimate, so we could actually learn new skills and that’s exactly what we got + the food was amazing! Chef Warren was so knowledgeable and let us be as hands on as we wanted to be! We plan on taking our friends back for a class in the summer :)

Chef Warren was absolutely incredible! Phenomenal at professionalism, personalizing the experience, connecting two groups of parties joining same learning experience, offering the intricate high level details and insight to true art of culinary far beyond a cooking textbook, and truly creating a warm memory for all to take with them. He provides each attendee with material to support the lesson, teaches in a method that is engaging yet never makes the students learning feel less than or spoken down to, and is a wonderful human to be around. He provides clarity in instruction while also allowing attendees to feel safe and supported in the environment. He prepares thoroughly before hand and showcases as extremely prepared, dedicated, and committed to enhancing your experience. Can't recommend him enough.

We had such a great time and learned a few things! While these dishes were fairly simple and we consider ourselves decent cooks, we learned a few things that we’ll definitely use again. This class touched on everything from knife skills, to seasonings, to creating a choux dough, to presenting your dish beautifully. Chef Warren is witty and knowledgeable. This meal was absolutely delicious; we’ll be recreating it for a family dinner this week! Plus we really enjoyed the conversation with ladies we met at the class. All around a wonderful birthday date night! Thanks chef!

We had a great time with Chef Warren for the Steakhouse and Cowboy favorites class. He was very personable and took the time to walk us through everything regarding cooking and prep techniques. Last night my mom and I took a cooking class with Cozy Meals for her birthday! We went to the Chef’s home and took the class with another couple. Chef Warren was SUPER knowledgeable and we learned lots of new tips and tricks. The menu was a wedge salad (did not get a pic bc we ate it so fast), skirt steak with a chimichiri marinade, and a chocolate lava cake. 12/10 would recommend Cozymeal cooking classes and specifically Chef Warren for a fun date night, birthday or just something fun to do! It was super relaxed and no judgement when you make a mistake like pouring chocolate and butter into water that was just supposed to be a double boiler (just learned that last night!). Definitely check it out, we can’t wait to do another class!

Chef Warren was brilliant. He’s knowledgeable, thoughtful and interesting to learn from. He was communicative throughout the booking and preparation process, and he was charming in person. We were impressed with his meticulous attention to detail, and his easy-going and kind nature. It was fun to learn new techniques from him, and the food was absolutely fantastic - we’ll be talking about this dinner for a long time, I’m sure.

What a WONDERFUL experience. We could be involved as much or as little in the prep and cooking as we wanted to be. Starting out with safe serve practices was an excellent refresher. We prepped and prepared the first course and sat down at a perfectly set table to be served properly by Chef Warren. Chef Warren's knife skills and learning proper chopping, and dicing techniques were a bonus! The main course was a wonderful "experience" in his kitchen. Chef Warren teaches you how to cook and by that, I mean improvising and adjusting any dish to your liking and tastes not just following a recipe. We had two who enjoy spicy in the party and two who do not. So we "adjusted" the level of "heat" on the main dish but then learned how to take down the heat for those who don't enjoy spicy food and how to take up the heat for those who do. Proving that Chef Warren is a chef and not just a cook! The finale was AMAZING ~ Flaming bananas foster who wouldn't want to learn how to flambe dessert in your own home and impress your friends! And it was delicious! All the email contact leading up to the class was greatly appreciated - checking on food allergies or aversions beforehand to make sure every guest would enjoy the experience.

Chef Warren was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in the culinary arts. We were impressed. I would highly recommend to anyone who has even a slight interest in cooking. On the other hand, if you just like to eat, it's interesting to see the delicate hand that prepares the dish. I will be passing the word on, and we will be doing another class with Chef Warren again in the future.

Nice kitchen set up for group of 4 of us. Chef Warren adjusted to our individual preferences and made sure the teenager with us got what she needed out of the class for her school project. And everything tasted delicious!

Chef Warren is the real deal, talented, articulate, enthusiastic and charming. We enjoyed the old bay menu of jambalaya, step by step he offered knife skills in cutting the shrimp and vegetables. Explained how to prepare rice the proper way to reduce the starch and the stickiness. Chef ask questions that made you think about the preparation and the final result. We were able to ask questions, and his answers were on a level of respect and spoke to language that a home cook would relate to. The end of the evening a nice bowl of old bay jambalaya was served and it was delicious.

Cooking 101 basics. This class is for people who have never held a knife.

I though it was a cooking class and not a Dinner.
