What You’ll Do

Learn how to make fresh pizza with a wood-burning brick oven in this cooking class.

Make three completely different styles of pizza using a variety of ingredients as Chef Michael teaches you the best-kept secrets behind using a beloved culinary tool: The brick oven.

Begin by creating homemade pizza dough. Top your first pizza with a pesto sauce, shaved cheese and tomatoes, then make a margherita pizza with handmade marinara sauce and handmade mozzarella. Your final pizza features aged balsamic and a variety of fresh cheeses. For dessert, Chef Michael will show you how to make crunchy and sweet homemade cannoli.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michael is really knowledgeable about cooking and made the experience easy for those who are on a beginner level. I highly reccomended his pizza class, but we will also be looking into his other classes in the future. 10/10!
