Cooking Class - Wood-Burning Brick Oven Pizza

Learn how to make fresh pizza with a wood-burning brick oven in this cooking class.

Make three completely different styles of pizza using a variety of ingredients as Chef Michael teaches you the best-kept secrets behind using a beloved culinary tool: The brick oven.

Begin by creating homemade pizza dough. Top your first pizza with a pesto sauce, shaved cheese and tomatoes, then make a margherita pizza with handmade marinara sauce and handmade mozzarella. Your final pizza features aged balsamic and a variety of fresh cheeses. For dessert, Chef Michael will show you how to make crunchy and sweet homemade cannoli.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mike’s class was AMAZING! Very informative and a lot of fun. The kitchen layout is beautiful. It truly was a great experience from start to finish. And not to mention, the pizza and dessert were absolutely delicious!!

My fiancee and I like to make pizzas at home and thought it would be a fun date night activity. Not only did we have a fun time making the pizzas, we got to make homemade pesto and cannolis as well! Chef Michael was patient, informative, and provided a fun, laidback environment. Highly recommend to anyone, and we hope to be back in the future!
