Discover the secrets to making homemade ricotta gnocchi in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Jessy will teach you the skills and techniques to make perfect gnocchi every time using fresh ingredients.

Start by preparing arancini with arborio rice, mozzarella, lemon and chives, and create a classic Italian eggplant, tomato and olive dish. After mixing the dough and shaping your gnocchi, Chef Jessy will show you how to make a sauce of tomatoes, Italian sausage and herbs. For dessert, whip up panna cotta with the flavors of crГЁme fraГ®che, warm cinnamon and tropical hibiscus flowers.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We made gnocchi ricotta with creamy chard pesto and spring veg. Everything was seasonal. Chef Jessy is super knowledgeable, carefully explained every step including seasoning. Gave loads of extra general cooking advice.
