Learn the art of making pasta from scratch in this engaging cooking class led by Chef Eric, who will teach you smart cooking techniques to handcraft a variety of dishes straight from Italy.

To begin the class, craft a fresh salad with stone fruit, prosciutto and chicory. For the main course, you'll make semolina pasta dough, which you'll fill with ricotta, then cook and top with a homemade basil pesto. Next, whip up an Italian classic, creamy polenta made with Parmesan cheese, and a mousse made from Italian coffee and sweet cocoa nibs.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

In our demo, Eric cooked some baby carrots and roasted bell peppers with hummus and a dressing. Everything was clearly explained and the final product looked fantastic. He has worked in Michelin star restaurants and that shows in everything he does. He clearly explained the principles of what he was doing and even why the carrots were different colours all while continuing to cook. Awesome chef.
