Cooking Class - Sushi-Making 101: Kids Edition

What You’ll Do

Kids will explore an exciting Asian Fusion menu and a timeless dessert with Chef Dominique.

In this hands-on cooking class, kids will create flavorful and fun Asian fusion recipes from scratch. Each dish will use colorful and kid-friendly ingredients that will inspire them to cook.

First, Chef Dominique will guide them through making fried rangoons filled cream cheese, and California sushi rolls with fresh vegetables. To end class with something sweet, kids will make Korean-style strawberry dairy-free milk and s'mores pudding cups layered with marshmallow fluff, crushed graham crackers and a rich chocolate pudding.

A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 8-18. Adults may add on fresh summer rolls with spicy peanut dipping sauce for $15 per person.

Outstanding, I have had other cooking classes, this by far has been the best. Chef Dominique was brilliant letting us get hands on with the Ingredients and creating delicious food. I definetly will be back for another lesson and bring friends. Thank you.

Chef Dominique is excellent!! I had no idea what to expect, but she was so professional and yet welcoming! We learned a great deal and had fun. The entire experience was awesome and the meal was delicious!!
