Learn how to take high-quality ingredients and transform them into authentic Spanish fare in this hands-on cooking class, where Chef Corey will guide you through each traditional recipe.
To begin, you'll sautГ© chorizo in a fig balsamic sauce, and make homemade paella completely from scratch with fresh vegetables, rice and tender pork loin. Then, Chef Corey will teach you how to fill dates with goat cheese and wrap them in bacon to drizzle with a balsamic reduction after cooking. Finish by baking a rich olive oil cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
