To start, you'll cook pork belly for a salad with mixed vegetables and drizzled with homemade sesame ginger dressing. Next, prepare classic pad Thai with noodles, shrimp and fresh vegetables, and make a sweet and spicy Korean barbecue sauce for samgyeopsal, a pork belly and edamame dish. Finish with authentic mochi rice cakes for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Corey is a culinary professional. He loves culinary because of the fast paced social art form. He loves providing beautiful dishes for his guests. He taught me some great knife skills on how to properly sharpen a knife which is a very crucial skill.
