Pizza can be a vegan pleasure too, as Chef Nedra demonstrates in this hands-on cooking class. Learn how to assemble an authentic pizza meal where plant-based goodness is the main ingredient.

Your lesson begins with a classic Caesar salad, featuring crisp romaine lettuce and a cruelty-free homemade dressing. Then, you'll create handmade dough and top it with a savory selection of plant-based toppings, including vegan cheese and fresh vegetables. Bring your class to a sweet conclusion by whipping up airy dark chocolate mousse served with seasonal fruit.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Nedra provided an incredible meal for my wife and I as a date night/belated birthday gift. The crab cakes were phenomenal, risotto and salmon were perfect, and the crepes delicious. Highly recommended.
