Special Cooking Class - Make Pasta like a Pro

What You’ll Do

Learn to make four types of pasta and accompanying sauces in this hands-on cooking class!

In this special cooking class, Chef Polina will show you how to make four distinct types of pasta. She will teach you how to make fun, colorful doughs and give you great advice about rolling and flouring. You'll learn to make handmade ravioli, use a pasta machine to roll fettuccine and pappardelle, and cut your own orecchiette by hand! Each pasta will be served after the class alongside a perfect accompanying sauce. The meal will open with a fresh springtime asparagus salad and close with a delicious raw berry crisp.

Guests are welcomed to bring a beverage of their choice to enjoy with the meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Polina was wonderful. She was very patient with our 7 and 9 year olds; indulged them in telling her their stories. She worked with ease and answered many of our questions about cooking. We made lots of different types of pasta and enjoyed a meal together afterwards. It was a super fun morning! Thank you, Polina!
