WHAT YOU’LL DO

Elevate the classic surf and turf dinner with an innovative menu by Chef Darnell
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Darnell will guide you as you learn how to create a luxurious, modern version of the traditional pairing of land and sea. The chef will teach you professional tips and techniques to craft this elegant menu.

Begin with a silky lobster bisque before preparing a delicate broiled lobster tail to serve with grilled lamb tenderloin. The centerpiece of the meal is accompanied by creamy cauliflower purée with truffle oil and tender blanched asparagus. Finish the meal by making a soft and airy lime soufflé.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Darnell created an unforgettable experience for my husband’s birthday celebration. The interactive elements of the cooking class was fun and educational, and he explained very well each step l, including any prep he had done beforehand.
