What You’ll Do

Join Chef Cregg to learn classic French techniques with modern vegan flair.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Cregg will teach you foundational techniques from traditional French cuisine, including grilling, braising and baking, while incorporating fresh, plant-based ingredients.

You'll first prepare a wild mushroom toast with grilled baguette and delicate microgreens. Next, Chef Cregg will guide you as you prepare a hearty French cottage pie version accompanied by French-style green beans with almonds. For dessert, learn how to bake classic tarte tatin with seasonal fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Such a fun experience! Chef Cregg was super personable and helped us have fun while making a truly delicious meal. He also gave us a bunch of ideas and suggestions for cooking at home.
