Create a gourmet four-course meal featuring tapas selections filled with authentic Spanish flavors.
This tapas and paella cooking class celebrates the heart of Spanish cuisine with premium ingredients, essential knife skills and a family-style feast. Under Chef Andy’s guidance, you’ll master traditional techniques while preparing an array of vibrant dishes.
Begin with Jamón-wrapped cantaloupe, a perfect blend of sweet and savory. Then, craft pan con tomate, layering fresh tomato, garlic and olive oil on rustic bread with a daily selection of cheese. For the grand finale, cook a saffron-infused shrimp paella, rich with Spanish spices, peppers and peas—a dish meant to be shared and enjoyed together.

Chef Andy taught an awesome cooking class, it was a great mix of fun, educational, and super tasty. Each of the tapas tasted awesome -- the risotto was the star of the meal for me, and my fiance was obsessed with the salad. Along with the recipes, Chef Andy also taught kitchen skills like knife work and building intuitions about taste as we're cooking. I would totally recommend this class to anyone who considers themselves a foody.

Chef Andy and Chef Coco gave us a wonderful experience from start to finish. They came to our home and taught us how to prepare an absolutely amazing Mexican meal, and everything about the evening exceeded our expectations. They were warm, friendly, very instructive and fund. They made the cooking process feel approachable, fun, and memorable.
What really stood out was how they combined great teaching with genuine friendless and a desire to teach. We learned a lot, ate an incredible meal, and truly enjoyed having them in our home. Remarkably, they even left our kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend Chef Andy and Chef Coco to anyone looking for a special, delicious, and well-run private cooking experience.

Date night with my boyfriend and Chef Cocoa was a lovely experience. I gifted him this Cozymeal sushi class, and we had so much fun prepping and rolling sushi. It turned into a very filling dinner — we even had to take some to go. The class was well organized and easy to follow, with a great group of people.
