In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Daniel will teach you how to make three authentic Spanish recipes completely from scratch using only vegan ingredients.

Begin this plant-based class by preparing perfect patatas bravas with paprika and olive oil before cooking an unforgettably savory vegan chorizo and vegetable paella studded with carrots, artichokes and green beans and spiced with saffron. Finally, learn how to make a creamy vegan arroz con leche with warming cinnamon and citrusy lemon peel.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Daniel aims to teach fundamentals to his students, so they need not rely on recipes.

Chef Daniel was FANTASTIC! We were a large group (15) and he did so well managing our food stations, teaching and was fun to interact with. He let us modify the menu slightly and fed us well! We all left full and with a positive experience! Thank you, Chef!
