Cooking Class - Traditional Italian Pasta Making

Had an awesome time with Alex! We had him teach us his pasta recipe for my boyfriend's birthday. He was super knowledgeable and professional. With just the right mix of fun!

Alex was friendly and a great teacher! We all had an amazing time and the food was delicious!

This experience was fantastic! Alex is an awesome Chef and Teacher and I would highly recommend his class to anyone interested! He brought everything we needed which made the whole process seamless. He is well informed about the techniques and the tips on when we try and make the same dishes on our own. The dishes were delicious and all in all we had a wonderful time! Will definitely be reaching back out to Alex in the future!

Can’t recommend this enough! Chef Alex was great and taught us so much, and the meal was delicious! The pasta making and dessert were more hands on, and Alex did most of the salad and pasta sauce (but taught us lots of good tips along the way). Alex was very knowledgeable, a good conversationalist, brought all of his own supplies, and left our place spotless. Can’t wait to take another one of his classes!

Thank you for walking us through pasta making, we had a lot of fun and learned a lot. In retrospect, I think we both would have wanted the experience to be more hands on (you directing us and us doing most of the tasks), but there is always a balance to how much we can do without messing up the dish. Overall, the food was delicious, and we felt great about eating something that we got to make ourselves.

Chef Alex was amazing! We booked him for my husband’s birthday (for two people). We really enjoyed the three delicious dishes we made with him. He was super fun to talk to and very knowledgeable about cooking. Looking forward to another cooking class with him in the future!

We had an amazing experience with Chef Alex! he was well prepared, experienced, and knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process and let us try it ourselves to help us learn hand on. Finally, and most importantly, the pasta was delicious. I would recommend him 100%.

One of the most fun times I have had cooking. Alex was a true professional. Showed up on time, very friendly, and let you be involved in the process as much as you wanted. He kept it simple and fun and gave some helpful tips and tricks on how to make delicious pasta. He times it out perfectly where everything is cooked, then packs up his things and leaves to let you eat and do your thing. He brings the supplies so the kitchen looks spotless afterward. I will be recommending him to all of my friends.

The experience was absolutely amazing. I planned it as a gift for my girlfriend for her birthday and she LOVED it. Alex was superb, he was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, courteous, professional, clean, etc., I could go on and on. I will definitely be planning another event in the future which Alex is hosting.
