Cooking Class - Classic Italian Dinner - Miami

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to make several authentic Italian dishes from scratch in this Italian cooking class.

Chef Mike will teach you how to make a full menu of authentic Italian dishes in this interactive cooking class.

Begin by tossing together a fresh arugula salad with roasted grapes and a refreshing lemon vinaigrette for an appetizer. Then, you'll prepare the pasta course, a light dish of cavatelli with basil and broccoli rabe. Next, you'll pan-sear red snapper to perfection for the main course and serve it with seasonal vegetables. Dessert is creamy vanilla bean panna cotta.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
