Dive into unforgettably flavorful fare that's both classic and modern, with plenty of pizzazz. In this interactive cooking class, Chef Greg will show you how to prepare a stunning meal from start to finish.
Begin class by preparing a perfect beetroot and pistachio crumble salad to start. Your second course features light, mouthwatering scallops and creamy cauliflower, paired with the richness of tender, braised short ribs. For dessert, craft a stunning peach and raspberry cobbler topped with a crunchy oat crisp crumble and warm vanilla custard.
