Begin class by preparing a perfect beetroot and pistachio crumble salad to start. Your second course features light, mouthwatering scallops and creamy cauliflower, paired with the richness of tender, braised short ribs. For dessert, craft a stunning peach and raspberry cobbler topped with a crunchy oat crisp crumble and warm vanilla custard.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Greg was great for our girls night birthday celebration. The food was delicious, and we were able to chat and enjoy each other and also be a part of the cooking. It was such a great time.
