Begin by creating pizza chiena, an Italian Easter pie layered with eggs, ham and Pecorino in a flaky, savory homemade crust. Then, prepare a creamy honey-orange cheesecake, brightly flavored with tangy orange zest and a biscotti cookie crust made from scratch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

Chef Chris did an excellent job. He was very thoughtful and extremely insightful. He did an amazing job explaining cooking methods and how to do things. I would recommend chef to anyone. We will definitely be taking another class
