Let Chef Nick teach you a winning combination of Asian tastes and textures in this exciting in-person cooking class. You'll explore techniques and recipes from a range of popular regions and create a fusion meal worth celebrating!
Your lesson in the art of fusion begins with dumplings filled with fresh pork, leeks and lemongrass, followed by BBQ yakitori flavored with homemade hoisin sauce. Next, cook spicy pineapple fried rice before crafting a batch of red miso and white chocolate cookies with coconut crème caramel for dessert.

My wife and I loved our Italian cooking class with Chef Nick. Chef Nick was personable and easy going. He did a great job explaining the steps and the science behind the cooking. Kept us hands on the entire time to have the full experience, and the food tasted amazing. We will definitely be looking to do more of the classes!
