What You’ll Do

From gooey Camembert to ratatouille to poached pears, this French meal is a treat.

Learn how to prepare a fine French meal with Chef Rebecca in this interactive cooking class. You'll make classic French dishes and learn a few key French cooking techniques as you prepare the meal together.

First, bake Camembert cheese until it's nice and gooey and serve it with crostini, honey and sweet baked apples. For the main course, you'll make a rustic Dijon chicken and a classic French ratatouille. Finally, for dessert prepare and enjoy delicately poached pears in red wine with a vanilla bean cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rebecca was wonderful! Her instruction was great, the food was DELISH and we got leftovers! Would recommend for anyone in the LA area. Super easy to get to is you live on the west side.
