Journey to Italy with a meatless menu of traditional dishes.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Sarah invites you to explore vegetarian dishes that feature the signature flavors of Italy. Learn traditional techniques of Italian cooking, while highlighting the bounty of the Mediterranean with fresh regional ingredients.

Begin class by recreating time-honored favorites, such as eggplant caponata served on fresh crostini and a zesty panzanella salad. Then, put a fresh spin on the beloved Margherita pizza. For dessert, load crunchy cannoli shells with creamy ricotta filling spiced with cinnamon and vanilla.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sarah was an awesome host for learning how to cook various italian dishes! Would definitely recommend signing up with her if your looking to do a cooking class or to just have a fun night making good food.
