Chef David came a long way, to the southwest suburbs, and was an absolute blast to have and an incredible instructor. He was high energy and kept us entertained with his own chef stories. The meal prep and cooking was a breeze with his expert instruction and the meal itself was delicious. Chef David's personality and culinary expertise were really a joy to experience.

This experience was so much fun! My partner and I both love to cook, but have never taken a formal class and had never made Southern food at home. It was great to have David walk us through everything step by step and even teach us some skills we'll be using everyday from here on out! David is so friendly and getting to know him during our lesson was the icing on the already great cake. We're super excited to make these recipes again for all of our friends and family.

Chef David was awesome! We learned so many new skills in the kitchen like how to properly hold a knife, tips on how to keep your cutting board from slipping, how to properly zest, and so many other little tips & tricks. The food we cooked was fire and we will definitely be keeping these recipes for future dinners!

Really enjoyed my experience cooking at David’s class. Went with my partner and had a great time learning cutting/cooking techniques. Cooked a delicious three course meal: bruschetta, Brussels sprouts salad, Chorizo paella, and almond cake. After cooking, we all sat down at a big table to eat with other class participants; family style. Had a great time talking to others and getting to know each other. It was comfy, intimate, and cozy, exactly what you would expect from a cooking class. David was personable and charming, what a great teacher. Thanks for a wonderful class.
