Begin with crispy chickpea cakes seasoned with lemon and served with crГЁme fraГ®che. Then, Chef Jenn will teach you how to pan sear seitan prepared with potatoes, Parmesan and asparagus. And for dessert, you'll whip up a vegan version of a decadent crГЁme brГ»lГ©e topped with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a fantastic night with Chef Jenn and her Dumpling cooking class. Great conversation, lots of knowledge, fun and a delicious meal at the end of it. We will be looking at doing another class in the future for sure!

Chef Jenn was fabulous - she was fun and taught us a great deal about cooking clean and making "mock" meals such as "mock crabcakes" made with hearts of palm...crazy delicious!! Thank you Chef Jenn.
