Try your hand at classic brunch recipes in this interactive cooking class with Chef Ivan or a resident chef. You'll learn simple methods to prepare bistro brunch favorites so you can easily recreate these recipes at home.
On your brunch menu are decadent dishes like eggs Benedict with creamy lemon hollandaise and a savory mushroom and Swiss chard frittata. You'll also prepare crispy home fries seasoned with rosemary and garlic, and a prosciutto and melon salad with plenty of greens and herbs.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.
