Cooking Class - New York Pizza Two Ways

Join Chef Daniel and learn how to make New York-style pizzas of the highest order.
In this hands-on class with Chef Daniel, you will learn how to make New York-style pizzas from scratch using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients sourced from organic and sustainable farms.
You will begin by learning the time-honored technique to mixing, kneading and stretching dough to form the New York crust you know and love. As for toppings, Chef Daniel will teach you how to assemble a classic pizza Margherita with Grande mozzarella as well as a pesto pizza made with fresh basil, locally-produced olive oil and Italian pecorino cheese.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Daniel aims to teach fundamentals to his students, so they need not rely on recipes.
