Discover the wonders of global fusion dining in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Eric is eager to teach you how to prepare a unique four-course meal that will expand your culinary horizons with out-of-the-ordinary ingredients and unexpected techniques.

You’ll prepare a radicchio and citrus salad with kosho vinaigrette, oven-roasted branzino with shoyu broth, and black sesame cavatelli with squash purée and charred bitter greens. And for dessert, an exotic yuzu green tea posset will open your eyes to a fresh new world of flavor possibilities.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He has nearly a decade of professional experience under his belt and has worked in James Beard award-winning and Michelin-starred kitchens. Most recently, he helped to establish a restaurant in Chicago and was responsible for developing what is now an acclaimed menu featuring seasonal recipes and locally sourced ingredients.
