What You’ll Do

Take a voyage through the exciting flavors of Southeast Asia in this three-course culinary adventure.

Chef Greg shares his years of professional chef experience as he teaches you how to prepare traditional Southeast Asian fare using a trio of his favorite recipes.

Begin with a refreshing green papaya salad featuring lime, toasted peanuts, cherry tomatoes, green beans and cilantro. A savory beef brisket pho lies ahead, with black soy sauce and spring onions warmly seasoned with ginger, coriander and star anise. A cool ginger lime panna cotta made with ginger-lime crumble, vanilla paste and Alphonso mangoes sweetly concludes your meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
