Learn how to grill a farm-to-table feast infused with island vibes in Chef Jordan's backyard.

In this outdoor hands-on grilling class with Chef Jordan, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course menu that fuses farm-to-table Californian cuisine with a touch of island flavor and flair.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to grilling include portobello quinoa sliders topped with a homemade chipotle aioli, blackened pineapple Cajun chicken, balsamic grilled vegetables peppered with homegrown thyme, and a mango-peach cobbler with a macadamia crumb topping and vanilla bean ice cream. Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.

This class is held in a venue featuring a beautiful lakeside view.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our experience with Chef Jordan was amazing! From the food to the ambiance he has created an environment where you instantly feel at home and become inspired to get back in the kitchen. The food (grilling class) was so delicious and a great way to bond with family and friends as you prepare the courses together. We booked the class as a Christmas gift to each other and will definitely do it again in the future! You won’t be disappointed :)
