In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Hannah, you will learn how to prepare an elegant and effervescent three-course menu incorporating Champagne, Prosecco wine, sparkling rosé and more! Learn to elevate meals with an elegant touch of sparkling wines.
Chef Hannah will begin by teaching you how to prepare homemade sparkling lemonade and a simple salad dressed to the nines in a Champagne vinaigrette. Then you'll learn how to pair the earthy flavors of wild mushrooms and truffle with the brightness of Prosecco wine before ending on a sweet note with a light pink cake made with sparkling rosé, chilled lemon curd and fresh berries. My favorite moments was just chatting and getting to know Hannah, she created such a beautiful and inviting atmosphere she made it very easy for us all to relax and enjoy the company. We learned so much about French cuisine and how to prepare in particular our French onion soup she showed us different cutting techniques like a “roll cut†what I really stuck with was when showed us the easiest of making a crème Bruele I’ll make that all the time now! Overall I loved would recommend it again, and I actually plan going to one of Hannah’s lovely dinners soon. Thank you so much for this experience.

We had the best evening at Chef Hannah’s apartment. She’s a very experienced chef who offers a great education resulting in a delicious meal. It was an intimate experience and we were fortunate that the other couple in the class was fun and enjoyable. It made for an evening of good food and group dynamics. Chef Hannah’s class is casual, homey and perfect for those looking for a small group experience. It is not cooking school style, but more creative with lots of direct, personal interaction with the chef. This was absolutely the right experience for us and the other couple who attended, but might not meet expectations for someone looking for a fancy experience.

I’m following up again regarding my previous messages about a credit for the class I was unable to attend — as mentioned during our earlier communication. I have yet to receive a response, and I’m hoping for some clarification on the matter. To be transparent, I was not informed that the class would take place in someone’s private home, which made me uncomfortable and is not something I would have knowingly agreed to. Additionally, I was not made aware of any cancellation policy at the time of booking. I’ve reviewed all email correspondence and materials and was unable to locate any policy outlining this. If I’ve overlooked it, please feel free to direct me to where I can find it. While I understand that I may not be eligible for a refund, it’s unclear how Chef Hannah was able to retain both the full $100 and the ingredients — which I was told I paid for. I would appreciate an explanation, as this resolution doesn’t seem reasonable given the circumstances. If there is no possibility of a credit or resolution, I would have appreciated transparency about that from the beginning. I look forward to hearing from you and hope to settle this matter respectfully.
