In this hands-on, three-course class, Chef Nicholas will utilize fresh, high-quality ingredients, and showcase smart cooking techniques. You'll learn how to make a handful of Mexican sauces from scratch, including mole, salsa verde and pico de gallo, perfectly prepare pork for carnitas tacos on homemade tortillas and sided by rice and beans, and make a sweet, indulgent tres leches cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It's an interesting class! I do like the part to make our own pasta. Would be great if the DIY part is longer!

Prepare to be amazed. Nick is extremely qualified to teach, dazzle and entertain. Your palate will be pleased and your knowledge of food and cuisine will grow in leaps and bounds. The fresh pasta was made like a native Italian and his Bolognese sauce is on another level. Learn how to make a delicious bearnaise sauce, marinate and cook a skirt steak like you've never tasted before. The flavors in the mushrooms and steak continued to wow me long after the last swallow. For dessert, tres leches cake! Wow! You will definitely find room for this, even on a full stomach. Never pretentious or proud, always willing to share his abundant skills and craft. You won't be disappointed. Bring your friends. Come back again and again.
