Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire include classic beef tartare served on grilled bread with a porcini mushroom vinaigrette, homemade pappardelle pasta served with an incredible bolognese sauce made with ground veal, pork, lamb and beef, bacon and chicken livers, and a traditional crГЁme brГ»lГ©e with mixed berry compote for dessert.

Had a great time! Nick is very fun and knowledgeable. Oh... And the food was DELICIOUS! I definitely will schedule another class with him.

It's an interesting class! I do like the part to make our own pasta. Would be great if the DIY part is longer!

Prepare to be amazed. Nick is extremely qualified to teach, dazzle and entertain. Your palate will be pleased and your knowledge of food and cuisine will grow in leaps and bounds. The fresh pasta was made like a native Italian and his Bolognese sauce is on another level. Learn how to make a delicious bearnaise sauce, marinate and cook a skirt steak like you've never tasted before. The flavors in the mushrooms and steak continued to wow me long after the last swallow. For dessert, tres leches cake! Wow! You will definitely find room for this, even on a full stomach. Never pretentious or proud, always willing to share his abundant skills and craft. You won't be disappointed. Bring your friends. Come back again and again.

Chef Nicholas enjoys sharing his passion for cooking with people of all ages, including kids, and has designed specialty cooking classes around families and children. Chef Nicholas has also prepared gourmet meals for several notable, well-known families throughout Manhattan.
