In this hands-on class with Chef Daniel, you will learn the fundamentals of sous vide, and how to prepare four sous vide dishes using a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients from land and sea.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include sous vide salmon with a homemade tapenade, a sous vide chicken breast served with from-scratch soubise sauce, smoked paprika and cumin-spiked sous vide carrots with tender forbidden rice and a root vegetable purГ©e, and so much more!

Chef was fantastic, thoughtful, and clever in how he organized the meal and talked through the ingredient choices and process. We learned from simple ravioli to more complex tortellini, and a few in between. Highly recommend!
