In this hands-on class with Chef Christopher, you'll learn how to prepare an exquisitely gourmet French-inspired feast beginning with a selection of small bites.

After the amuse-bouche, Chef Christopher will teach you how to prepare a tarte flambГ©e with GruyГ©re cheese, caramelized onion, apples and prosciutto, as well as a poached pear and endive salad showcasing an incredible depth of flavor. You can also look forward to learning the process of sous vide, different wine reductions, plating techniques and the art of crГЄpe making.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Went during Valentine’s Day and had a wonderful time. Christopher reached out to each couple to ensure everyone was comfortable with having others at the dinner as well as making sure the food choices were alright. He was a wonderful teacher and the food tasted great! Would definitely do this again.

We were 20 minutes late and were fretting but Christopher made us feel at ease and smoothly transitioned into cooking. It was an absolute blast cooking with Christopher and food came out delicious. We had a 5 course French inspired meal and every single one of them was memorable. Me and my wife really enjoyed being part of the cooking process and let our artistic side express itself while plating. The highlights of the night were the foie gras(goose liver) and the halibut with couscous. Bonus points for putting my wife at ease at the prospect of making crepes in the future.

What a great experience! My son is an aspiring chef and this was his Christmas present. Chef Christopher was wonderful! He made us feel at home immediately and we had great fun trying foie gras for the first time and learning that presentation is not just about looks, but flavor. The reductions were delicious and made for a beautiful plate. Thank you Chef Christopher!
