Cooking Class - Exploration of Indian Spices

What You’ll Do

Spend an evening in Bombay exploring the wonderful world contained within the Indian spice cabinet.

In this hands-on class with Chef Eddie, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Indian menu while discovering how to utilize some of those familiar and exotic spices, herbs, and seasonings that bring Indian cuisine to life.

After beginning with a classic yogurt drink, you'll learn how to prepare one of India's most popular appetizers: chicken samosas with mint chutney. For the main course, you'll learn how to properly season and cook lamb skewers before ending your tour of Bombay with a favorite Indian sweet known as coconut burfi.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
