Chef Michael is a wonderful chef, and culinary instructor who brought his kitchen to life during his demonstration. I enjoyed learning about various spices and how to effectively incorporate them into each dish. Chef Michael has worked for some of the top Chefs establishments in the Las Vegas Valley, Chef Jose Andres, Emeril Lagasse to name a few. Chef Michael has an amazing attention to detail, the Rahm Schnitzel, and the Chilies En Nogada were both quite savory, and very rich in flavor, the Creme BrГ»lГ©e made for quite a delectable desert. Dining with Chef Michael will make for a great culinary experience.
