In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Malik, you will learn tips and techniques to prepare a hearty three-course menu featuring comfort food favorites that will feed you in both body and soul.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include fried catfish nuggets that are a true Southern treat, pork chops smothered in a savory brown onion gravy of the highest order, and a creamy sweet potato pie with subtle spices and a heavy dose of vanilla.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The Chef was fantastic! Took his time and taught many of the basic and some advanced techniques. We had a ball and the food was perfect!!

Chef Malik made our Valentine's Day an enjoyable experience. He was happy to answer any questions and taught us a few tricks. We made some really good gravy, succulent pork chops, and super yummy sweet potato pie!
