Cooking Class - Mediterranean Comfort Food in Mid-City Area

Chef Iain was a wonderful teacher/chef and host for our Mediterranean dinner night! He was extremely organized and patient with showing us cooking technique. As a result, we made a delicious meal without any stress - instead, we had a lot of fun!

Chef Ian gave us a wonderful experience! We went for our 2 year anniversary and wanted to learn a fun new dish, and we did exactly that in his class. Chef Ian gave us great tips and explained the process perfectly. I would 100% take his class again. 10/10!!!

The class was well-paced, hands-on, and really fun - and even though we’re not experts in the kitchen, he made everything approachable without talking down to anyone. Chef Iain is a wonderful and informational teacher. He gave nice step by step instructions on how to make each dish while also giving a few tricks about cooking here and there. He was easy to talk to and made sure that we felt comfortable as well. The recipes were easy and fun to make. The food was absolutely delicious as well.

I recently took a cooking class with Chef Iain, and it was such a fun experience! Chef Iain was super welcoming and made everyone feel at ease right from the start. He’s not only skilled but also really passionate about cooking, which made the class enjoyable and engaging. We cooked up some fantastic dishes: moussaka, filled mushrooms, and panna cotta. Chef Iain walked us through each recipe with clear instructions and shared plenty of kitchen wisdom along the way. Even those of us who weren’t too confident in our cooking skills found it easy to keep up and have fun with it. The moussaka was rich and flavorful, definitely a highlight! The mushrooms were a hit too, stuffed with the tastiest filling. And the panna cotta? It was the cherry on top of a great evening—smooth, creamy, and just sweet enough. Chef Iain took the time to connect with everyone, answering our questions and making sure we all had a great time. The class felt like cooking with friends and learning from a pro at the same time. Chef Lain was a fun and light hearted warm gentleman that made my first date impression a gem to remember! He made us laugh and gave great insight into the teaching of the entree. From how to properly use a knife to which ingredients to use and why. It was an education experience and very unique.
